Quieting the noise starts from within

I’m Helen Franks, and I know what it’s like to look successful on the outside while struggling with overwhelm on the inside.
After years in a high-pressure career, I turned to mindfulness as a way to cope — and discovered it was so much more than stress relief. It changed how I relate to myself, my work, and my sense of peace.
I’ve trained in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), cognitive behavioural coaching, and emotional resilience work. My style is practical, warm, and grounded in evidence-based tools.
